The model of an interphase stratum including the analytical and numerical approaches and permitting to calculate properties of anisotropic composites and to simulate processes on a demarcation of phases is offered. The sectional approach uncloses an opportunity of examination of an interphase stratum with usage of methods of fractal physics.
