AUTOMATIC MODULATING INSTALLATION
FOR OBTAINING OF OPTICAL SPECTRA

          Automatic modulating installation for obtaining of optical spectra of metals and compounds is described. The installation enables to obtain, besides the reflectivity coefficient spectra, the optical thermo-modulation spectra and wave-length modulation ones. Spectral interval, which depends on the used monochromator and detectors, is 0,5-6 eV. The optical and electronic schemes of the installation are given. Some samples of modulation spectra are presented.
