Features of high-voltage switching devices on the basis of electron beam valves

  Switching high-voltage devices on the basis of a new class of devices electron beam valves (EBV) are considered. Calculation of optimum operation mode EBV on the basis of its mathimatical model is given. Examples of realization of commutators with EBV: the modulator of pulse of a radar station and a system of alternating polarity power supply (APPS) of electrostatic precipitators (ESP) are given.
