   In the article the results of experimental investigations and analysis of reference data at affect of quasi-uniform electrical fields for conditions of high voltage gas - filled apparatus service are shown. The main laws of insulation size, configuration of electrical field, form of applied voltage (and its duration) influence on electrical strength were found.
