The outcomes of development and research of parameters multichannel photodetector assemblies are reduced on the basis of vacuum photoresistors working with various systems of cooling (liquid nitrogen J-T and closed-cycle cryogenic coolers). The special design solutions and technological receptions have allowed to reach values specific detectivety of ability more than 8·1010 cm Hz1/2W-1, discontinuity on volt sensitivity no more than 3% and to provide in composition the night vision image converters high temperature and space permission.
