Impuls plasma chemistry of COx, NOx, SOx

   The impulse spark discharge at atmospheric pressure is considered as an effective resort for plasma chemistry of COx, NOx and SOx. The multispark electric discharge, "dancing" between a gang of edges and a plane, was utillized for handling a considerable gas volume. The theoretical and experimental researches on dissociation of evocative gases were executed. In particular, the COx dissociation superior 30% was reached according to theoretical estimations.
