Shock wave propagation and its structure in low ionized ionic plasma with negative charged nano-particles are investigated on base of a complex approach inclu-ding the solution of the Boltz-man's and Poisson's equations for a shock wave front region with fast changing the flow (on the distances of several free-run length for neutral molecules) and the solution of multi-velocity-and-multi-temperature gas dynamics of chemically reacting weakly ionized ionic plasma. The range of new effects has been predicted. The part of this effects (for example, realization respectively high potential 10-100 V in shock wave front under low Max number M = 1.5-3 and low temperature of medium) was experimentally supported in two laboratories of the United Institute of High Tempera-ture with experiments making independently.
