Cluster synthesis of light nuclei such as D+D

In series experimental works in which interaction heavy-water clusters, accelerated to a total en-ergy of the order of 300 keV, with deuterated targets (TiD) was examined, the "anomalous" high yields the products of reaction 2D + 2D under increasing sizes clusters was revealed. Authors this work showed, that "anomalous" high yields products of the reaction 2D + 2D under increasing a clusters sizes connected with non-equilibrium effects arise from collective interaction 2D with heavy atoms - O, Ti by Fermi mechanism. On the basis experimental data and theoretical results the method of realization the process of synthesis of light nuclei with speed closed to maximum value under relatively low average energy for one nuclon in cluster ~0.005-0.8 keV was proposed.
