Laser acceleration of electrons at autoresonance regime

Autoresonant mechanism of electron acceleration by the Gaussian laser beam is considered. The comparison of the acceleration rate with scalar and vector Maxwellian description of the Gaussian beam is performed. The synchronized profile of the guiding magnetic field is found, which provides increasing the acceleration rate of electrons as well as their focusing during acceleration.
