Installation for isotope separation by the ICR heating method inside a "narrow" plasma flow is presented. Discussed are the basic systems of the Installation: ICR heating and separation systems and the source of a plasma flow. The requests on the spatial uniformity and the time stability of the magnetic field, the ICR heating system, and the parameters of the plasma flow are considered. The results of modeling the ICR heating for single particle approximation are showed.
