The electrons-ion collisions in strong electromagnetic fields have been surveyed. The method of their analytical and numerical exposition is offered on the basis of dot mapping. The basic features of a dispersion in strong fields are obtained from the analysis of the elementary dot mapping: occurrence of multithreadity, stochasticity of a motion of particles and singularity of concentration before a "strong" shock. Obtained are the estimates for an effective collision frequency and allocation of particles on energies as a result of collisions in a nonrelativistic case that well coincides results of numerical calculations. The requirements for experimental observation of introduced results are considered.
