Photoelectric parameters for multielement photodetector based on 2x64 MCT photodiode array with CCD readouts

   Photoelectric parameters of long infrared (8—10.5 mm) region multielement photodetector based on 2x64 MCT photodiode array and CCD silicon readout devices have been tested. The FPA output signals in different CCD operating mode under different temperatures (–10:+50 °C) of background radiation have been analyzed. Tested performance characteristics includes the measurements of detectivity D*, noise equivalent temperature difference NETD, cut-off wavelength and some other parameters of the arrays. Photo obtained with this FPA in the spectral region of 8—10.5 mm demonstrate a good picture quality.
