Silicon 4x288 multiplexers for multi-row IR-detectors

Results of development of silicon cooled 4x288 MOS-multiplexers with 28 and 14 mm pitch for reading out and processing of information from multi-row photodiode CMT linear arrays are given. Results of measuring parameters of multiplexers of both types are given. Multiplexer chips connection with photodiode linear arrays, modules packaging and operability control of matrix photodetective assemblies (MPDA) in a standard mode of use are realized.
