Analyse of characteristics of optical radar systems based on the range photodetectors

   The problems of the fitting an optic parts in the laser radar systems by use of matrix photodetectors for the fine detections of the targets are discussed. It is given the equation of laser radar for determination of the demands to an illuminating by the different parameters of the reception—transmission and detections of the optic signals and forms a image of the target. The possibility of use this equation for the determination of the characteristics and quality of radars channel with laser illumination.
