Generators of combination frequencies of the erbium and CO2-lasers in problems of lidar sondage of atmosphere meteoparameters

   The conducted examinations of generators of combination frequencies of erbium and CO2-lasers on the basis of nonlinear ZnGeP2 and CdSe crystals have shown prospects of their application for the optical monitoring of atmosphere in the middle IR range of spectrum. Computational modeling for the lidar sondage of high-altitude profiles of atmosphere meteoparameters has shown that errors of restitution of the temperature and humidity profiles have reasonable values in all altitude range from 0 up to 2 km.
