The optical characteristics of the thin-film coatings, received with the help of the jet plasma high-frequency discharge of lowered pressure

   The thin-film coatings of oxides silicon, aluminium and titanium with the adjustable absorption received with the help of jet nonequilibrum plasma of lowered pressure are investigated. The method of designing of interference’s systems based on a variation of a complex part of dielectric constant, allowing is offered to realise systems with the required spectral characteristics.
