The transferred device for observing in the all-weather and day/night condition

It was reported about transferred devices for observing in the all-weather and day/night condition. The device contain a few canals: laser gated viewing low light level TV canal, day TV canal, thermovision canal or radiolocation canal. It was descripted the ideology of devices, its schema, the ground characteristics. It was showed the optimal combination of different canals for solution of wide circle problems.
