Array multipexer with personnel accumulation for photodetector devices

128x128 array multiplexere was designed and cleated. They have a total number of defective cells less than 0,1 %. These multipexer can handly imput currents up to several nanoampers and more depending on homogeneity of parameters of photoarrays.
