The relations between parameters of static electricity are deduced for the case of electrostatic field attenuation by matter. In condition of the attenuation the potential difference between arbitrary two points of infinite charged medium becomes limited, the work done by the field on a charge to move it between the points of the medium depends on the way and the Maxwell and Ostrogradsky-Gauss electrostatic equations contain members describing volumetric charge of external medium. The expected predominant practical application areas of the relations are terrestrial, atmospheric and space electricity.
