Electrical properties of a semiconductor—superconductor (GaSb—V2Ga5) eutectic composition, where at directed cristallization V2Ga5 in a GaSb matrix is formed in the form of oriented superconducting whiskers, have been investigated. It is shown that depending on the angle between the current direction and whiskers, electrical properties of various samples of the same material, or one sample are controlled. Depending on the composition cristallization speed, whisker density, the distance between them, their diameters, critical supercurrent density per whisker, critical transition temperature in the superconducting state are also controlled.
