It is studied that if far separated electrodes one from other are emitters of charged particles of opposite signs the specific discharge arising in ambient medium, named ESE discharge, occurs. A reactive force can result from the electrostatic interaction of the electrodes and space charges of the emitting-to-medium current with the force in the same direction. The ESE discharge study offers the way for creation of conveyance means both in space and in different media. It is possible that the means will be more energy effective and more reliable than existing facilities.
