For the first time the heterocontact between n-type conduction silicium and propolis (a product of bee activity) is prepared. It is shown that in this contact propolis behaves like to a semiconductor of p-type conducting. It is found that the investigated heterocontact has essential photosensitivity in the infrared spectral range. Perspectives for possible applications of the new kind of photodetectors are discussed.
