The studies of influencing of the different factors (method of surfacing of a semiconducting material, concentration of an impurity, method of fabrication of electrical links, depth of separating grooves etc.) on photoelectric arguments of a photoreceiver are executed on the basis of germanium, alloy by mercury. Are designed a construction and baseline manufacturing processes of manufacture of vacuum photoreceivers with a chilled aperture diaphragm working at the temperature of 30 K. The trials of designed photoreceivers docked to the gaseous cryogenic machine are held.
