New polimer sealant-compounds for photoreceivers and photoreciever devices

   Several polimer sealant compounds were formed for sealing photoreceivers, based on the different sort of semiconductor structures and assembling construction’s nodes of electronic equipment. This polimer materials have an optimum complex of phisic-mechanical characteristics in the field of elastic, mechanical durability and manufacturability. This materials have also minimal level of toxication. Explotative characteristics of a new developed polimer materials are performed in this article. Those universal sealant compounds are recommended for using in the technology of photoreceivers fabrication and in the other fields of electronic.
