Collective electron oscillations in ceramic systems

The new mode of spin oscillations is obtained for the paramagnetic phase of com-pounds La2-xSrxCuO4 and YВа2Сu3O7-у in the external magnetic field. This mode has analogy to the helicon excitation in the magnetoactive plasma. The experimental method of detecting this new mode is proposed.
