The process of optimization of a branch of thermoelement under conditions of maximal temperature swing and maximal production of cold

   For the first time one has solved a nonlinear marginal problem in order to calculate temperature field of stationary conditions of thermoelement’s branch. In approximation of ulterior carriers one has found an optimal concentration of current carriers for the homogeneous branch. Besides one has established the interval of choice of concentration swing for the inhomogeneous branch in case of linear distribution of carriers. One has considered conditions of maximal temperature swing and maximal production of cold.
