The сross-sections of a bremsstrahlung and elastic collisions of the charged partiсles in an external electric field

On the base of the analysis of elastic collisions of charged partiсles in an external electrical field the fitting parameters were determined. These parameters determine an earlier found cross-sections of a bremsstrahlung of charged partiсles the in such a field. This allowed to exclude (in a selected approximation) indefiniteness in these cross-sections. It is shown, that the cross-sections of a bremsstrahlung, with the found complex parameters have larger magnitude and larger amplitudes of oscillations as compared to the cross sections, numerically analyzed in earlier published works, in which the fitting parameters had the real values.
