The theory of fast chemical reactions with a thermal emission in turbulent jets has been offered. At studying the similar systems there are two interconnected problems of the description of largly and finely scale mixture of reagents. First of them is solved on the basis of model of environment capture, which happens on border of the turbulent jet and the external laminar environment. The second, connected with an estimation of effective speed of reaction, is considered within the limits of representations about the turbulent environment as sets of independent turbulent whirlwinds, at which casual contacts take place an exchange of reagents and reaction between them. The lead calculations have shown avalanche character of development of reactionary process, and also an es-sential role of a local thermal emission during mixing the reagents.
