We use fundamentally different physical action in our work which is based on the effect of border electron layer ejection from metal target when illuminated by power laser pulses. In the work herein we consider physical model of such commutator and possible technical embodiments. Theoretically one can achieve transition time about 10-14—10-15 seconds in this model, while power handling is of the same order of magnitude as in or by an order less.
