In the current paper we have studied emission spectra, spectral brightness and dimensions of x-ray and extreme ultraviolet radiation source based on femtosecond laser plasma. Soft x-ray emission of this source was used for absorption and phase-contrast radiography of micro- and nanoobjects. LiF crystals were employed for x-ray image detection with submicrometer spatial resolution.
