Resonance UV-irradiance power drop in low pressure lamps with discharge in mercury vapors and inert gases is defining by mercury absorption on quartz surface. Protective coating on inner surface of the quartz bulb is preventing from mercury absorption and it is increasing the lamp life time. The fast estimating of coating quality method is proposed. It was showed that the mercury consumption and lamp life time is depending of protective coating quality.
