Ion flows of heavy gases (krypton, xenon) in the CERA-RI-2 injector are studied by 3D computer simulation using
the particle-in-cell method. Calculations are performed for different values of plasma density, the strength of the electric microwave
field and the potential difference between the grid and the resonator housing. A dependence of the intensity of the mass flow of ions
on the working parameters is defined. Obtained results allow deterministic approach to the development of a facility for the extraction of ion flows.
