   On basis of settlement model of welded plates with account of an elastic - plastic condition of a material is investigated kinetic of change of elastic - plastic deformations depending on change of temperature with the purpose of an estimation of the basis parameters the criterion of optimation in a problem of management by thermal processes of welding.
