Analysis of acting errors of approximation of disribution of axis field of the magnetic
electronic lenses with the help of analitical
function on calculation of electronic lenses aberation

   Varions algoryths and methods of realisation of the programme of calculation of disribution of the transversal component of vector to inductions of the magnetic field of lenses on the axis for pole extentions with different diametrs of the chennel and the sirses of the non-magnetic slit, and also pole extentions made of different magnetosoft materials are analised. The method of doind the straight task of modelling electro-optic systems with the use of these distributions for varions programmes was checked up. The acieved results gave the opporttunity of assessing the exactuess of modelling electro-optic systems with the help of modern methods and giving recommendations for finding and taking into account errors offf computer modelling.
