An alternative approach to the theory of photocounts is discussed. Spherically symmetryc expansion of an electron bunch integrated analytically. It is shown that where is sharpening of charge density due to spatial and temporal catastrophes which may occur when many-electron packets expand. Such process induce disintegration of many electron wave into one electron packets. It is shown that the dimensions of an one-electron wave packet in vacuum photodetectors of order of 1 mm. Electron motion in the field of another electron is investigated. It is shown that interaction between electrons to result in a space localization of one-electron packets. Electron motion in the field of a negative charged spherical electrode is investigated. It is shown that there is the possibility to unsqueeze one-electron packets to macroscopic size.
