The basic synergetic’s concepts and their appendix to the process of welding by means of melting, which is the open system with nonlinear source and nonlinear heat conduction of the environment, in which non-stationary dissipate thermal structures are formed, were considered. There was made an attempt to connect thermal efficiency of welding with development of heating in a regime with heat localization, caused by intensity of the source of energy.
