Main technical characteristics of microcryogenic system (MCS) with an integrated Stirling gas cryogenic machine (GCM) are described as well as peculiarities of joining GCM with photodetectors (PD) of different types. The analysis of achived is given thermotechnical characteristics is given. Overall dimensions of MCS, GCM and an electronic control unit (CU) are shown. Results of testing integrated on GCM sleeve photodetector at cooling photosensitive elements (PSE) by MCS with an integrated Stirling GCM are given.
