The possibility of the microwave generation - the stimulated Pierce radiation of high current relativistic electron beams (REB) in a cylindrical resonator is discussed. The excitations of high frequency optical oscillations as well as low frequency plasma waves are investigated. The form - factor for the beam with annular geometry is obtained and the excitation condition and growth rate of amplitude accounting the radiation output from the resonator is derived.
