The results of designing election-optical of a radiant of multicharged ions MIS-1 formative extended (~ 2 m) electron beam by power 1 Mw are given. Ion trap length of radiant about electron beam density of > 2·103 A/сm3 enlarged up to 1,5 m. In collector the recuperation of electron beam energy is provided.
