Some development problems of the bottle-type, quick-acting cryogenic systems

The results of experimental check-up of the developed bottle-type throttle system (BTS) intended for a short-time cool-down of the sensitive elements in photo-detector devices (PDDs) in the conditions of actual operation are presented. The possible design of the PDD thermal model having the minimum mass cooled and the maximum cryoagentto-sensitive element heat transfer is described.
