In the report the information is given about the development of a portable thermal imaging camera (TC) based on 240x320 microbolometric photodetective assembly. Results of calculated and experimental studies of TC are given as well as a technical description of the construction and TC principle of action. A built-in button panel and a screen menu control the camera. The camera has a built-in viewfinder and a remote LC-display. TC can be connected to a computer by the interface and transfer accumulated thermal vision images (frames). Outlet television signal allows observing the images on the monitor and recording them on the video tape recorder. TC characteristics are given in the conclusion.
