–†erformance of thermoelectrically cooled MCT photoconductors

   Wide nomenclature of Photoconductive Mercury-Cadmium Telluride (PC MCT) infrared radiation detectors with three-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC) has been developed and fabricated. Performance of PC MCT detectors are presented evidencing excellent peak detectivity D*(lp ) and responsivity RY(lp ) values in spectral ranges from 3,0 to 5,5 mm and from 7,5 to 10,6 mm.
