Photoelectric properties of ZnGa2Se4

The examinations of spectral dependence of photoconduction for ZnGa2Se4 monocrystals in a polarized radiation enable to spot a spectrum of local states. Obtained results allow to utillize this combination as a polarimetric detector in the visible specrum (530—580 nm).
