The paper analyzes the thermal imaging system parameters defining the efficiency of its application in the weather conditions dynamics in atmosphere and the opportunity of improving the individual characteristics by changing the limits of the operating spectral ranges (3—5 and 8—14 mm) in determining the positive maximum of the photodetector spectral response.
