Hypothetic model for an electron (and a proton) was supposed and developed in [1—3]. It was called spiral electromagnetic model for an electron (SEME). New step of the theory is present here. The electron described by SEME interacts with periodical chain of atoms. The interaction was analyzed. The main principle of the analysis is the comparison of the electron wave length and the chain interatomic distance. The condition of the process of atomic electron transformation into conduction band electron was defined. The cases of oscillating atoms and the atoms with static positions were considered.
