It is shown that the record of central electric interaction in form of two components — static and dynamic ones — permits describing the effects of magnetism with parameters of electrodynamics, including magnetic moment orientation pinch — effect and induction without notion of magnetic field. In logic of the conception (based by M. Faraday) electromagnetic wave is a transversal disturbance of really existing lines of central electric field. The construction shows that the electromotive force of induction is directly proportional to the causing electric current intensity and the Maxwell equation describes the result of simultaneous action of two different processes: appearance of the electromotive force of induction and its neutralization with polarization electric current of conductor.
