It is shown that quantum corrections to classical charge fluctuations in electric circuits under the condition of thermal equilibrium do not depend on Joule resistance. They depend on the product of Planck constant ħ and a function introduced in this work and named second resistance. The temperature dependence of the second resistance differs from that of standard resistance. Quantum corrections to the second resistance are due to vacuum effects, their contributions to the result are proportional to ħ 2 . The quantum Nyquist formula does not possess such propeties. Therefore, it turns out to be incorrect even in the first order of expansion on the Planck constant.
