Electron-optical system of a small-sized electron-ion source

Development is made of the electron-optical system for the EBUS small-sized electron source, in which the focalizing axial-symmetric field is formed with usage of stationary magnets. Such ion sources can work in the composition of analytical mass-spectrometers for different fields of science, technique, and medicine.
