Control over transport phenomena In microcomposite eutectics

   In directionally crystallized semiconductor-metal microcomposite eurectics at different angles between directions of the electrical field, thermal flow in metallic needle-like lamellar microcrystals, kinetic co'fficients: conductivity, thermal power and thermal conductivity have been investigated. It has been shown that transport phenomena in the directionally cristallized eutectic compositions are controlled. The accounts are carried out kinetic coefficient of metallic and semiconductor phases of microcomposite semiconductor-metal eutectics.
