CMOS photodetectors for the visible range of light has been developed and investigated. The CIS converts light into charge and readout signals in analog form to 1, 2, 4, 8 or 16 outputs. Main parameters: the charge capacity up to 200 ke; the maximum frame rate to 600 fps for full resolution; the sensitivity up to 1000 V/(Lux×sec).
